This policy explains how Together Initiatives (P) Limited (“Together”, “we”, “us” or “our”) handles personal information when you visit i2gether.com, contact us, apply for a job, or use an Android app we publish.

Information you provide

• Website enquiries: your name, email address, subject and message. Our contact form also records your IP address.
• Job applications: your name, email address, phone number, experience, institute or company, and the CV you upload. We also maintain application status and recruitment notes.
• Other communications: information you choose to include when you email or otherwise contact us.

Android apps

The information handled by an Android app depends on its features. Each app’s Google Play listing, Data safety section, permission prompts and in-app notices describe the information and device permissions applicable to that app. We use information an app handles to provide its stated features, maintain and support the app, and protect its operation. An app may use service providers to deliver those features; any applicable sharing is described in the app’s listing or notices.

For app-specific information about collection, use, sharing and retention, consult that app’s current Google Play listing and in-app notices.

How we use information

We use information to respond to enquiries, assess and manage job applications, communicate with applicants, operate and secure our website and apps, provide requested services, and meet legal obligations. We do not use information for purposes incompatible with the context in which it was provided.

Cookies and third-party services

Our website uses essential session and security mechanisms, including for administrative sign-in and form protection. The contact page embeds a Google Maps map; Google may receive information when that content loads, under Google’s Privacy Policy. Links to third-party websites and social networks are governed by their own privacy policies.

When information is shared

We may make information available to personnel who need it to respond to you or manage recruitment. We may also use service providers to host, maintain or deliver our services, and disclose information where required by law or needed to protect rights, safety and security. We do not sell personal information.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above, including responding to you, recruitment, record keeping and legal requirements. Retention periods may differ by information type and situation. We use reasonable safeguards to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may ask us to access, correct or delete personal information you have provided, subject to applicable law and records we are required to keep. To make a request, email info@i2gether.com. For an Android app, include its name and the email address or other details needed to identify your request. You can also manage app permissions in your Android device settings; disabling a permission may limit related features.

Children’s privacy

Our website and apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and address the request.
